What's a Champagne Fry? It's a lot like a Fish Fry, but it focuses on the little known fact that Champagne and fried food are AMAZING as a pairing. So here's the deal...for $75 we are doing an all sparkling wine event with multiple of our purveyors. They are bringing 6 wines each and you get to taste ALL OF THEM. In addition, we are giving you a small buffet of (mostly) fried food pairings (with salad and veggie options too) while you enjoy the wine. If you want to stay and have more dinner, dessert, or wine just say the word. NOTE: This is an event that you can mill about the room and enjoy wine as you please. There will be tables reserved to sit at, but at your leisure. If you show up a little late, it's all good. Last year was an amazing event! Let's make year 2 special again.
